Scale model of a mobile airport lounge
This is a scale model of a mobile lounge used at Washington Dulles International Airport in Washington.
Model was designed in three scales: 1/200, 1/144 and 1/72. It was printed via Shapeways using White Strong & Flexible material.
Moving parts such as rolling wheels, working gangplanks and doors, are what makes the model unique in the world of scale models.
After printing, model was painted using acrylic paint and correctly scaled figurines were inserted for a deeper realism feel.
